Gearbox GX2 Early Access Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility; The Gearbox GX2 Early Access Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Gearbox Sports (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. Entry Period The Giveaway entry period begins on March 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM PT and ends on April 7, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT(“Entry Period”). 3. How to Enter; To enter the Giveaway, participants must: Submit their email address and phone number through the designated Gearbox GX2 Early Access entry form during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual may result in disqualification. 4. Prize Details; A total of twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) Gearbox GX2 paddle (Approximate Retail Value: $250 each). One (1) winner will be drawn each day from March 19, 2025, through April 7, 2025. 5. Winner Selection & Notification; Each daily winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received as of the drawing date. Winners will be notified via the email and/or phone number provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of the notification email to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the allotted time, their prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at Gearbox Sports’ discretion. 6. Publicity; By entering, participants agree to allow Gearbox Sports to use their name, likeness, and submitted entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 7. General Conditions. Gearbox Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, nor for any technical failures or human errors that may occur. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered. 8. Privacy; By entering this Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that they are opting in to receive marketing communications from Gearbox Sports, including promotional emails and SMS messages. Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Giveaway and for marketing purposes. Gearbox Sports will not sell or share participant information with third parties outside of its affiliates and service providers. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails or replying “STOP” to SMS messages. 9. Limitation of Liability; By entering, participants agree to release Gearbox Sports and its affiliates from any liability related to their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance and use of any prize.
