• Play your GBX Power paddle for up to 30-days from delivery  
• Use it during normal on-court conditions  
• If it does not earn a spot in your bag, you may return for a refund or exchange it within the 30-day window  

• Returns must be initiated within 30-days of delivery  
• Approved returns must be shipped within 5 days of authorization to be eligible for a full refund  
• Returns must reflect normal on-court use only, including:  
• Light cosmetic wear  
• Surface markings from ball contact  
• Grip wear from regular play  
• Eligible returns will receive a full refund (excluding applicable shipping fees)  
• Paddles purchased with a gift card will receive a credit back to gift card 
• Program applies only to paddles purchased on gearboxsports.com  
• Return limits apply to 2 per customer 

The program is intended for performance evaluation and does not cover paddles showing misuse or damage outside normal play. 

This includes: 

• Structural damage from impact (ground strikes, paddle collisions, etc.) 
• Cracks or breaks not related to a manufacturing defect  
• Excessive wear beyond normal gameplay during trial 
• Modified, altered, customized, or personalized paddles, such as those with aftermarket grips, weighted tape, or end caps installed. This also includes paddles with any permanent markings, such as names or anything written on the paddle.  

If a manufacturing defect is present, the paddle will be evaluated under Gearbox’s warranty policy: 

• 6-month standard warranty  
• Additional 6 months available upon registration  
• Approved claims will be repaired or replaced accordingly
