For Purchases Made on GearboxSports.com 

30 days of flexibility: You have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to request a return or exchange. 

New/unused gear: If your paddle/racquet is brand new (seal still on the grip), you can choose a refund or exchange. 

Lightly used gear: If you’ve already hit the court, no worries — we offer a one-time exchange within 30 days so you can find the right fit. (Note: used paddles/racquets are excluded from refunds.) 

Exclusions 

Paddles/racquets showing significant damage or abuse. 

Protective eyewear once protective film is removed. 

Clothing that has been worn, washed, or missing tags. 

Accessories (balls, nets, rubbers, etc.) once opened, unless defective. 

Shipping Labels 

Orders over $75: One free return label provided. 

Orders under $75: A flat-rate label is available for a small fee.
